About the Laboratory

In 1958, the Institute organized measuring and radioisotope equipment laboratory, which in 2008 was accredited as "Testing Laboratory" of KazRIMEA LLP. From the day of its creation, the laboratory was headed by the following persons: G.F. Skorobogaty, V.I. Kravchenko, P.P. Korenchuk, O.Z. Zhortyylov, M.K. Kaliaskarov, G.S. Zhumatay. O. Zh. Zhortuilov,

The laboratory is accredited in the accreditation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan for compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO / IEC 17025-2015 "General requirements for the competence of calibration laboratories". Certificate of accreditation of the Testing Laboratory No. KZ.И.02.0156 dated 06.12.2016.

The main tasks of the testing laboratory are: Conducting tests in the field of conformance evaluation of products within their competence and other works in accordance with the rules and procedures of the accreditation system of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Increasing the competitiveness of domestic products; improving the quality and reliability of conformance evaluation; creation of conditions for domestic products to enter the foreign market; ensuring the completeness and correctness of testing, objectivity and reliability of results; presentation and issue of test results; ensuring the continuous functioning of the quality management system of the services rendered by the laboratory.

The laboratory has more than 200 normative and technical documents; it is equipped with all the necessary modern technical means of measurement to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results, conducting preliminary, acceptance and certification tests in accordance with the declared area of accreditation. The material and technical resources a regularly updated, new kinds of tests and measuring instruments are mastered.

Currently, the laboratory conducts certification and acceptance tests in accordance with the area of accreditation, and also tests the newly created machines of "KazRIMEA" LLP.

The testing laboratory cooperates with such authorized bodies as: Committee of Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, "National Accreditation Center" LLP; Republican State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Use "Kazakhstan Institute for Standardization and Certification" and "Kazakh Institute of Metrology" RSE, and in the field of certification "National Center for Expertise and Certification" JSC»; "Almaty Standard" LLP; "Kirgyz Test" LLC; "MERCUR-SERTUKO Firm" LLP and others.

Area of activity

Participation in laboratory and preliminary tests of machines and equipment developed at the Institute for checking their operability and determining technical characteristics;
Conducting acceptance and certification tests of batch produced, modernized and newly developed agricultural and road construction equipment in accordance with the declared area of accreditation for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents on technical characteristics, safety for the environment and human health.
